I am inspired by a multigenerational family legacy of community service and my own lived experiences across multiple countries and diverse cultures. I realized that traditional, conventional therapy settings often fall short with passive head-nodding and rigid worksheets. I built my practice to offer direct, empowering, and truly effective care.

Most of my intake process is completed online prior to our first session so that I can analyze clinical strategies well in advance. By the time we meet, I’ve already explored potential interventions, including EMDR and advanced CBT, allowing us to establish immediate momentum. We will fine-tune somatic frameworks together to remove blocks and move forward.
