I have 20 years of experience as a mental health professional. My clinical training is diverse and well rounded. I specialize in CBT, DBT, person centered and emotionally focused therapy, humanistic, as well as significant experience treating trauma.

Together, we will:

work on gaining better awareness and insight into ways you can improve yourself and overall well being. We will explore how your thoughts can be more productive and how to manage your emotions in healthier ways.

I specialize in working with people who:

have found themselves in a space where their functioning level has been affected by their mood, pain and their experiences. I am able to support those struggling with anxiety, depression, menopause, medical crises, and religious trauma.

I became a therapist because:

From grade school on, my friends called me "the counselor" due to my natural supportive instincts and ability to offer perspective. A career was born!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work telehealth for my clients convenience and my own as I am a mother of a busy boy. I make the telehealth experience warm, intimate and easy.
