We will focus on areas you want to work on. I will talk with you about the modalities I use and we will decide together which of those works best for you and your needs. Sometimes we will just discuss. Sometimes we will dive into the deeper mind with EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Gestalt Therapy or other modalities. The healing takes place from the inside out.

My clients describe me as intuitive, flexible and sensitive. I am collaborative with my clients so that our sessions are the most helpful for you. I am a mature woman and have over 20 years of experience as a business person and life coach as well as a therapist.

In our first session, we will discuss your pertinent history, your experience with therapy in the past and what works for you and what doesn't. I will explain how I think I can help you, and we will establish priority targets for our work together. I will answer any questions you have.

People seem to find me easy to talk to. I enjoy listening, reflecting, and diving deep into emotional healing with my clients. As a person who has navigated her own personal psychological and spiritual journey, I have an calling to help others so their own journey to the best life they can possibly live.

As a highly sensitive, intuitive person, I understand the challenges of my HSP clients. Many of my clients are healers, therapists and psychics. I work exclusively online. Most of my clients appreciate the freedom to do sessions from home where they are most comfortable. All of the modalities I use are easily done online on a HIPPA compliant portal.
