My approach is, first and foremost, collaborative. My trust in you as the authority of your own experience is at the core of my therapeutic process. I believe that when you know and accept yourself, meaningful change will occur.
In therapy, I will support you in recognizing and responding to your emotions in a new way. We’ll work together to get you back on the path towards the life that you desire.
Many of my clients come in with a harsh inner critic and notice a toll on their mental health and well-being. They feel stressed, anxious, depressed and lack confidence in themselves.

When I’m not with clients, I love reading psychology-related books and attending educational workshops. I also love spending time outside in nature, practicing yoga and mindfulness, reading fiction novels, and connecting with family and friends.
