my favorite class in high school was psychology and I went on to major in it in college. I could never really imagine myself in any other field. I love supporting people on the path towards living their fullest potential.

I've been in the field since 2007, and I started my practice in 2020. I truly value my client relationships and feel honored to be trusted in this role. I have learned so much from my clients over the years. When I’m not working, I love reading therapy books and attending workshops, being in nature, mindfulness, reading, and connection with loved ones.
