My #1 goal is your safety, followed by making sure that I understand you so that I can help you get/feel better. Most people come to counseling to improve something about him or herself. It requires work and effort, but the end result is worth it!

I specialize in working with people who:

are stuck, who doubt themselves, who wonder how they might get out of bed today, who just had an argument with someone whom they love, who are searching for hope and answers, and are tired of the status quo.

I became a therapist because:

people are intriguing and fascinate me, and I love helping others make the changes that matter most in their lives.

More about me and my practice:

I have had the wonderful opportunity to help people from ages 3 to 90, in hospitals and offices, in many different phases of life and with a myriad of issues. Very little surprises me. I am experienced, comfortable in my own skin, and with who I am.
