I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, helping them better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build confidence as they move toward meaningful growth and change.

My approach is grounded in narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT) and solution-focused therapy (SFT). Together we can explore how your experiences have shaped your story, helping you better understand your emotions, patterns and strengths as you move toward your goals.
