I draw from several modalities to guide our sessions, creating room for exploration and fluidity. I am conversational, direct, warm and informative.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic principles, enriched with modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness. Our time together can help you deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the world around you.

Working together, we will reflect on your past, consider the future, and navigate your present. We will work to help build trust in yourself that will allow you to be present with difficult emotions, know yourself better, and live authentically.

My training is in community mental health clinics, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, and Tia, a women’s healthcare startup. Over the past 3 years I have worked in private practice primarily with women.

My own therapy experiences inspired me to be the therapist that I am today - passionate about empowering you to find your most authentic self.
