As a team we will process the triggers and stressors of the past, future and today that hold you back from reaching your full potential. We will assess and explore unresolved emotions and memories and work to confront, challenge and disempower them. We will build healthy tools to manage memories of the past and stressors of today.

My clients often refer to me as warm, compassionate and empathetic. I strive to make therapy a safe place for everyone and have been told my practice is a comfortable place where difficult feelings and emotions can be processed with more ease.

Our first session is a great opportunity to learn much about you. In our first meeting we will discuss the reasons you are coming in to therapy and break down specific areas of need. Together we will create goals and a treatment plan for our work together. That first session is a great place to start learning some healthy tools you can use immediately.

Working as a therapist for over 17 years, I have seen the amazing benefits therapy can provide. I love to share the knowledge, training and expertise I have gained with all those I work with. It is my absolute goal to help you process and build tools to manage and cope with whatever is brining you to therapy today.
