I am relational in my approach and bring into session the dynamics happening between myself and the client. I am flexible and feedback oriented.

My clients express that they gain additional insight about themselves and are able to see their situations through a different lens. My clients report feeling safe, validated and seen.

We will explore attachment injuries from the past that impact present relational functioning. We will notice the emotions you're experiencing and the meaning you make about them. We will identify blocks and traumas that keep you stuck.

I am trauma informed so I specialize in helping people reduce the intensity of their distressing experiences, whether it be in the past or present. I help people heal from relational injuries, betrayal and affairs.

I am of the mindset that suffering can be alleviated and that people can get unstuck from painful patterns that keep them stuck.

I treat each client with a tremendous amount of respect and will tailor our treatment to your specific needs. I value what is important to you.

I welcome all parts of you to my practice, the sad, the angry, the joyful and even the parts that are hidden or disowned. My goal is to help you relate to these parts in a more compassionate and mindful way. I am EMDR trained and IFS informed.
