After years in ICU and hospital settings, I saw how deeply people are affected long after the crisis ends. I became a therapist to support those navigating what comes next—because I’ve witnessed it firsthand and believe no one should have to carry that alone.

I offer free 15 minute consultations, online tele therapy, and am available most weekdays and some evenings.
