I see clients by secure video, Monday through Thursday, for ongoing weekly therapy. My schedule stays fairly full, so if you reach out, it helps to mention the days and times that work for you. The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation, where we can talk about what's bringing you in and whether we're a good fit. For people who want to start with a longer, concentrated stretch of work, I also offer therapy intensives.
