I grew up Latinx and saw a lot secrets, poor communication, unrealistic expectations and severe gender norms/ stereotypes.

I use metaphors, visuals, and humor to make hard topics easier. I also am a mom and know sometimes we need virtual hugs. I am a nice balance of nerd, mom, support system and therapist.
