Everyone is different, with a different trauma history and different stages in their progress, that is why I utilize an eclectic therapy approach. Based on your needs that day we will utilize various strategies.

increase self-care and improve communication and connection with your spouse. I will help decrease your mom’s guilt, reduce sadness and improve anger management skills

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault and / or anxiety and depression. I have a soft spot for working with moms and love helping wives of law enforcement.

I became a therapist because:

I grew up Latinx and saw a lot secrets, poor communication, unrealistic expectations and severe gender norms/ stereotypes.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

it will be safe and comfy since it will be in the comfort of your home. So rock those pjs if you want.

More about me and my practice:

I use metaphors, visuals, and humor to make hard topics easier. I also am a mom and know sometimes we need virtual hugs. I am a nice balance of nerd, mom, support system and therapist.
