Hi, I’m Ashley Hernandez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Find Your Balance Center for Growth & Change. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you or your child are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or the demands of parenting.

I provide online therapy for children, teens, adults, and parents using a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach. I am EMDR trained and integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support healing, emotional growth, and meaningful change.

Since entering motherhood myself, I am especially passionate about helping parents heal their own inner child while navigating the emotional demands of caregiving.
