I like to meet clients where they are at and explore what goals will work best for them as they know what will work for them or not. I then will create a treatment approach tailored to each clients specific needs and wants to work towards together.

are from various types of populations including individuals, couples, and children. I primarily work with adults with various presenting problems and in the legal/court systems.

I became a therapist because:

I experienced my own trauma when I was younger which led me down a difficult road. I wanted to be who I wished I had then. A positive role model.
