I specialize in working with men who are navigating emotional challenges, identity, and interpersonal relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with depression, unresolved trauma, and difficulties related to masculinity such as societal expectations, communication barriers, and the pressure to “have it all together.”

I personally experienced how powerful therapy can be for healing. After witnessing the impact it had on my family and myself, I knew I wanted to provide that same kind of support to others.

My hobbies are playing guitar, playing with my dog, spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, and playing video games.
