I specialize in working with adoptees, adoptive families, and birth parents in navigating the complexities of the adoption experience. I recognize that adoption is a lifelong journey, encompassing a unique set of challenges—whether you’re an adoptive parent with a child who is struggling, a birth parent who is grieving, or an adoptee looking for support.

I became a therapist because I wholeheartedly believe in the power of therapy to help transform your life. I have witnessed my clients make meaningful changes in their lives through understanding more about who they are and uncovering what is causing problems, confusion, and suffering.
