I work with a range of stressors such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Relationship Issues, and Couples/Family Therapy. ~ However, I have a trauma-focused practice & the majority of my clients suffer from PTSD.

We will work to heal past relationships and traumas, while also learning skills to better manage some of life's difficulties. You want to feel safe, secure, and supported. We can regain control and a more realistic view of yourself and the world.
