I am a holistic care provider meaning that I take into consideration many aspects of your wellbeing - not just your thoughts. This means that we may look at a variety of traditional and non-traditional interventions that will help you feel better.

I specialize in working with people who:

feel like their current lives are constantly being interrupted by their past. I help adults move on from feelings of worry, exhaustion and sadness and find resolve, motivation and joy in living in the present moment.

I became a therapist because:

I want to be there for individuals and families the way that I wish someone would have been for me and my family when I was younger.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Tele-health offers clients the ability to connect from wherever they are most comfortable. I take sessions from my home office and garden. :)
