My clients are generally kind and self-aware—they have maybe even tried therapy before—but remain plagued by some deep-seated pain in their life. If it feels like you're getting beat up by your own emotions, this is for you. If it feels like you're getting beat up by someone else's emotions, this is definitely for you.

Rather than managing the symptoms with "band-aid" solutions, we will seek out the emotional root of the problem. We will pull from frameworks including attachment theory, psychoanalytic theory, EMDR, and the enneagram—all long-term modalities focused on addressing underlying causes.
