I bring personal insight into what it’s like to explore sexuality, and move through major life transitions that feel overwhelming or disorienting. I offer tools, knowledge from DBT, CBT, and gender affirming lens, and a honest presence support you when it feels heavy or when you feel “less than”. I try to build connection and truly understand you for you.

Many of my friends and family struggled emotionally due to circumstance, transition, and even injustice. I set out to better be able to assist them, and as I immersed myself further in the work, I wanted to be able to help people feel less alone in their struggles, and to give them the tools and the space to truly be who they are.

I currently operate within the Brown therapy group, and am located in their office in Campbell
