I work with adults, families, couples, and teens, supporting communities such as POC and LGBTQ+. I’m passionate about helping those navigating grief, anxiety, and depression. Having worked with diverse groups, including the LGBTQ+ community, my priority is to ensure everyone feels seen, supported, and truly welcome.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding others and helping them find peace and purpose. Supporting people through life’s challenges and witnessing their growth inspires me daily. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change.
