We’ll work at your pace, strengthen your self-awareness, and help you feel more confident, resilient, and connected to yourself and others.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. My priority is creating a safe, comfortable, and inviting space where you can move at your own pace. I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion as you uncover your strengths, explore your truth, and discover what healing means for you.

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. I take a holistic approach, recognizing how mental health connects with our environment, routines, physical health, and nutrition. I also welcome spirituality and practices that support grounding and healing.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I’m passionate about walking alongside people through life’s challenges, helping them understand themselves more deeply, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree at Alliant International University, building on my background in Nutrition Science. Outside of therapy, I value nature, mindfulness, fitness, and my own therapeutic journey. I would be honored to walk alongside you toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.
