Whether it’s skills for managing anxiety, reducing overthinking, lowering stress or working through past experiences, my goal is to help you feel better. I offer virtual therapy sessions for flexibility.

I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, trauma or overthinking. Many of my clients feel internally exhausted, stuck, or unsure how to break out of patterns that aren’t working anymore. I help people better understand themselves, manage stress and emotions, and create lasting change.

I became a therapist after working in mental health and seeing how much people can grow and heal with the right support. I was drawn to being part of that process. I genuinely value hearing people’s stories and helping them make sense of their experiences and patterns and find this work deeply meaningful.
