Hi everyone! My goal for each individual or couple that joins me, is to meet them exactly where they are at. I don't believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all approach and that informs my approach towards you. I bring in my most genuine self to encourage trust, build an alliance, and get you to where you want to be.

Together we will collaborate on long-term goals, and in session come up with short-term goals. Therapy is not easy and we will not find the answers right away, but together we can and we will, figure it out.

Humble, genuine, friendly, and empathetic. I am a first-generation Mexican-American, first-generation college student, and part of the LGBT+ community. I know how hard life can be sometimes, and how lonely if can feel. Let me be here to support you, however you need to be supported.
