I focus on understanding where you are in your life and what feels difficult or disconnected. If relationships feel lonely or hard to navigate, I offer a space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself, and figure out what matters. I take your full lived experience into account to help you understand patterns and move toward meaningful change.

Discuss what’s most present for you and where you’d like to be in the future. If distressing memories are impacting your life, we can process them in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and grounding. I work with you to build healthier self-esteem and a more hopeful, connected outlook.

Present, attentive, and easy to talk to. They often share that I genuinely listen and understand where they’re coming from, including their history and daily challenges. Many describe our work as relational and supportive, grounded in trust, warmth, and care.

People who are creative and want to understand themselves more deeply. I support people who live with neurodivergence, experience dissociation, obsessive thinking patterns, relationship challenges, or have experienced trauma. I work with people who have overcompensated in their relationships and are seeking greater self-trust and personal agency.

I wanted to understand myself and others from a multicultural, holistic, and creative perspective, and to help people make sense of their experiences in a way that supports their personal healing, agency, and sense of meaningful change.

I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and completed my EMDR training through EMDRIA. Before becoming a therapist, I worked closely with families as a Suzuki violin instructor, which shaped my appreciation for long-term relationships, development, and emotional attunement.
