I work with creative people experiencing relationship challenges, chronic stress, or intrusive thoughts and negative self talk. My approach treats this as a gradual, relational process focused on your journey. I use EMDR to help you process past experiences, and I-CBT for OCD and anxious thoughts, to feel more grounded, in control, and confident.

Together, we'll notice what keeps things feeling stuck, or keeps you from feeling content. We'll treat it with patience and compassion, instead of pressure. We'll unpack any doubts you have about yourself, and make sense of how you move through life. Over time, you'll feel steadier, clearer, and more hopeful.

Thoughtful, present, and committed, with a sense of humor. People say I care deeply about them and their whole history, not just what comes up session to session. They often tell me that something we've explored together stayed with them long after the session ended.

I specialize in working with creative people who are driven and empathetic, and take on a lot in their relationships. Many of my clients distractions, feeling numb, OCD, or the lasting impact of childhood trauma. I have specialized training in EMDR for anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I-CBT for OCD.

I came to this work through music. As a recording artist in Los Angeles, I experienced firsthand how creative life and emotional life are impossible to separate, and how much it matters to have someone who actually understands that. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others. I'm still always learning, and I genuinely love this work.

I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I am trained in EMDR through EMDRIA and I-CBT for OCD through OCD Training School. I see clients in Mid-City and Culver City, as well as online via telehealth. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation call.
