Defining who you are is hard when anxious feelings and overwhelming life experiences cloud your view. I'm respectful, kind and approachable.

Approachable, welcoming... My clients are usually nervous about starting therapy, even though they really want something to change. Once they are in session with me though, they relax. Through the process of therapy, sometimes not that long, they learn to trust themselves again.

-Have overactive brains -“Can’t believe I’m here,” but not in a good way -Want to “figure themselves out,” without all the anxiety/worry I specialize in getting through the fog and helping you be your Real Self.

I love helping people reclaim their lives and live closer to their values. Watching people discover and rediscover who they are is the best reward.
