are finding that they are struggling in life. Sources of pressure may cause us to fight, flight, or freeze- perhaps spinning your wheels or having difficulty making decisions. I can help you determine your goals and pursue them with bravery.

I became a therapist because:

I love to assist people on their journeys and be a partner in their self-actualization. What a great thing to be able to do professionally!

Telehealth is wonderful in that in provides the opportunity to take an hour each week to look inward-from the comfort of your own home... or office!
