I create a space to slow down and reflect, helping you say aloud what’s been hard to hold inside. Together, we put words to what’s difficult to articulate and explore your relationships with others and with yourself. Sometimes we get practical and sometimes we explore. I’m direct and encouraging, meeting you where you are as we explore your inner world.

The first step is making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and confronting what has been ailing you or holding you back. In therapy we will set goals and work together to uncover new ways to act with clarity and intention so you can move toward what truly matters.
