Something to know about my approach is:

I draw from a psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT approach. Past experiences and traumas dating back to childhood strongly influence the way we feel about ourselves and others. With families I do a family systems approach unique to each family's needs.

overcome symptoms of depression and anxiety and begin to lead a more fulfilled life in which you feel more connected to yourself, others and the world.

I specialize in working with people who:

are adolescents, families, and parents. I also have extensive experience working with individuals of all ages and family members of individuals that are struggling with addiction.
