My approach begins w/ creating a safe environment & atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and at ease. I value deeply listening so that you feel seen, heard, understood, and respected. My theoretical approach is customized to address each client’s unique life circumstances, needs, & wishes, and all are embraced with a heartfelt psychodynamic curiosity.

Together, we will help you identify and overcome obstacles to inner calm, peace & happiness. We'll explore & delve deeply into the issues at hand (e.g. anxiety, depressive symptoms, relationship issues), and collaborate to find unburdening, healing & growth. This may include working in Mindfulness-based modalities, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS).

My clients describe me as a warm & caring presence. Heart-forward and highly attuned to both their inner life and my own, I hold space for and support them during moments of vulnerability, pain, and difficulty. Open and accessible, I'm able to share my lived experience, when appropriate, and join clients in the full spectrum of emotions, including laughter.
