I know that life can be brutal. Sometimes we need help figuring out how to recover, heal, and ultimately transform ourselves. If you are stuck and scared, I am here to help. My style is warm, playful, and grounded in lived experience. I can help you rewrite painful narratives, challenge unhelpful thinking, and learn how to feel at home in your own body.

Together, we will hold the darkness and begin to let in the light. As an integrative therapist, I will meet you where you are. I'll help you connect more deeply to your body, understand and untangle stories that shape your beliefs, challenge harmful thinking, and build healthier coping skills and habits. I trust that you can heal, and I can help.

I bring deep empathy and a healthy sense of humor into the work that I do. Folks I work with regularly tell me that they love being able to laugh with me, and that it helps them to be able to tell me anything without feeling judged or shamed. You deserve to be seen for who you really are.

I love supporting people through intense transitions, and times of change. When life has cracked us open, and we know we can't go back, but we don't know what's coming next, that is when we are ripe and ready to redefine ourself and our life. I'm here to help you make it happen.

I came to this work later in life, after decades of lived experience as a mindfulness practitioner, an interdisciplinary performing artist, and a creator of community-based healing rituals. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, and I know how powerful it is to have company on this journey.
