I believe the connection you have with your therapist is one of the most important parts of therapy. Feeling truly understood and seen in therapy can make all the difference. I’m especially passionate about working with Asian Americans, as I've personally experienced how meaningful therapy can be in a community where mental health has been stigmatized.

Together we will work on building the life you want to live. My focus is to help people live a more fulfilling life through processing the past, learning how to enjoy the present, and managing worries about the future.

My clients describe me as someone that is warm and inviting. I like to hold a safe space for my clients to open up and process the things they are struggling with, such as their worries, emotions and past experiences.

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, worrying, and feeling overwhelmed with life.

Because I know from personal experience how important mental health is to the quality of your life. Healing and being able to learn how to cope with difficulties in life allow you to living a more meaningful, enjoyable one.
