The constant overthinking leaves you feeling drained and disconnected from enjoying the good moments in your life.

I grew up in a community where mental health was not talked about at all. But then, after struggling with my feelings, I went to therapy and personally experienced how powerful and transformational it could be. It completely changed my quality of life, and I have a passion to share this with others.
