Mon-Fri 10am-7pm. once a week, every other week, and once a month available.
My clients describe me as:
Energetic, real, validating, warm, authentic, encouraging, accepting, creative, and alternative.
Something to know about my approach is:
Sometimes it's hard to be a human, have a body, and be in relationships. By healing ourselves we can heal in community. I practice a blend of Narrative, Relational-Cultural, and Feminist Therapies. Because context, language, and identity Matter!
Together, we will:
We will deconstruct negative self beliefs, widen curiosity about body image, practice boundaries and self empowerment. Much of our work together consists of building awareness of patterns and challenging them.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggle with feeling alone, uncertain about their place in the world, and Young Queers feeling stuck. Late diagnosed Neurodivergents. Folks who struggle with body image and disordered eating habits.
I became a therapist because:
Ever since I was a child, I believed in advocacy work especially within marginalized communities. I intend to support the misfits of the world.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
We are all Queer-identified therapists at Hella Good Therapy. We are social justice-oriented & trauma-informed. We promote healing through connection.
