I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapy that’s collaborative, direct, and grounded in your lived experience. I use EMDR, CBT, DBT, and talk therapy to help clients heal from trauma, manage stress, build emotional insight, and reconnect with themselves in a safe, supportive space. Most insurances are accepted including Medi-Cal.

We'll work to reduce anxiety, build self-trust, process trauma, and strengthen your relationships—with others and with yourself—so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the complexity of people’s inner worlds and the ways past experiences shape us. I’m deeply moved by the resilience people show even in pain—and I wanted to be someone who helps others heal, make sense of their stories, and move forward with greater clarity, connection, and self-trust.
