I help people get through whatever issues they may be experiencing. Sometimes managing ourselves through hard times can be the cure. We come to understand that we can and will get through this and come out better on the other side.

As a PsyD, I aim to help clients manage current issues, providing a sense of empowerment. Once stable, we can explore underlying causes of these issues. However, if a client prefers, we can focus solely on successful management strategies.
