I specialize in working with ambitious adults who appear capable and accomplished yet privately struggle with self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotionally unavailable relationships, or patterns they have not changed. Many have already done therapy and understand themselves well, but want deeper work that creates lasting change.

I've always been fascinated by why two people can experience similar hardships yet create very different lives. Helping people uncover and transform the hidden beliefs and adaptations shaping their relationships, identity, and choices is deeply meaningful, because lasting change becomes possible when the root finally changes.

I offer individualized psychotherapy integrating advanced EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Along with weekly therapy, I provide EMDR Intensives for adults seeking focused, evidence-informed treatment that addresses underlying patterns, not just presenting symptoms.
