Helping people uncover and transform the hidden beliefs and adaptations shaping their relationships, identity, and choices is deeply meaningful, because lasting change becomes possible when the root finally changes.

I offer individualized psychotherapy integrating advanced EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). Along with weekly therapy, I provide EMDR Intensives for adults seeking focused, evidence-informed treatment that addresses underlying patterns, not just presenting symptoms.
