My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I work alongside each client to better understand their needs, build on their strengths, and support meaningful, lasting growth.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, understanding, and approachable. They appreciate feeling heard and supported without judgment. I strive to create a comfortable space where clients can be open, feel understood, and work toward positive change at their own pace.

I work with teens, adults, and couples experiencing concerns related to self-image, self-esteem, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth. I enjoy helping individuals and couples recognize their strengths, build confidence, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, recognize their strengths, and develop the confidence and tools they need to create meaningful and positive change.

My passion for helping others comes from my belief that every individual has a story, a purpose, and the ability to grow. Outside of my professional journey, I enjoy spending time with my family, being involved in my community, and encouraging others to become the best version of themselves.
