I aim to balance the science of therapy techniques backed by research with the art of genuine human connection. My approach is a blend between helping my clients find pragmatic solutions and learn new skills, but also processing deep emotions and resolving complex wounds.

We will address your most pressing concerns first and then tackle some of your deeper struggles and challenges. Over time, as some issues improve, others tend to surface. We’ll identify ways to create lasting change, not just a quick fix that will only lead to problems continuing to arise down the road.

I aim to be a highly ethical, knowledgeable, and empathetic professional, while also being down-to-earth, relatable, and even humorous.

Most of the clients I serve have experienced trauma, including abuse within their family, relationships, workplace, or religious context. I also support people experiencing mental health issues like depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, and those with substance use concerns.

I went to therapy! It was the most profoundly helpful and transformative experience I’d ever had, and I wanted to be able to do that for others.
