Clients come to my practice looking for a therapist who can get to the root of their problem. We may be a good fit if you're tired of repeating the same patterns and ready to do something different.

I help clients overcome anxiety, set boundaries, process unresolved trauma, and improve relationships.

Therapy with me is warm and down-to-earth, but I won't just sit there and tell you what you want to hear. I'll support you through the hard moments, help you recognize and challenge the patterns that are holding you back, and celebrate your wins as you create the life you want.

I work with clients who are feeling stuck but have the desire to improve. I believe therapy should help you create real, lasting change, not just help you get through another week.

I genuinely believe people have an incredible capacity to heal. My role is to help create the conditions where that healing can happen. It's a privilege to witness people reconnect with themselves, and I can't imagine doing anything else.

Many of the people I work with come to me after trying other approaches that didn’t quite get to the root of what they were experiencing.
