I utilize attachment and trauma-informed therapy. I am passionate about helping people process traumatic experiences and navigate frustrating systems and relationships that often seem to do more harm than good.

I specialize in helping clients respond to crises and life's challenges as well as relationship problems with parents, spouse/partner, and children. For example: divorce, suicidal ideation, school problems, parenting, dating, and trauma.

If you are struggling to find a relationship or having problems in the relationship you are already in, I can help you gain insight and security. If you are a parent, especially a father, I can relate as well as provide support and guidance.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to better understand trauma and help the children and families I was already working with.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I do not have a traditional office. Care can occur in the community, such as a park, home visit, or walk and talk, or via videocall.
