My approach is warm and I strive to partner with youth and families to provide additional support and tools in my in-person and virtual sessions. I invite my families and clients to try something new in a safe, supported, and nonjudgmental setting.

I partner with clients and families to rekindle joy and peace in their lives by increasing coping skills. For those struggling with disordered eating, I partner to support them in developing body acceptance and a return to nourishment.

I specialize in working with kids/teens/families struggling with depression. anxiety and eating disorders (including restrictive eating disorders and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).

As a teen (many moons ago!) I remember wanting additional support and have dedicated my practice to supporting youth and families facing challenges.

I have been a licensed clinical therapist for several years & have a wide range of experience working with kids. teens and families. I received my Masters in Social Work from SJSU and an Eating Disorder Certification through Lewis & Clark University.

I offer in person therapy in my Fremont office, as well as virtual therapy.
