Something to know about my approach is that I show up as a real person in the room. I’m a queer therapist who uses EMDR, attachment-focused, and psychodynamic approaches to help you understand yourself, heal from trauma, and build healthier patterns. My goal is a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported in your whole identity.

Together we will make sense of your story, gently process what’s been weighing you down, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.

My clients describe me as calm, steady, and genuinely easy to talk to. They often say I help them feel understood without pressure and that I bring a grounding presence to even the toughest conversations.

I specialize in working with people who are carrying the weight of trauma, navigating identity, or trying to understand patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are LGBTQ+ folks seeking a therapist who truly gets their lived experience.

I became a therapist because growing up queer without the right support showed me how powerful it is to have someone who truly gets you. I’ve also seen how deeply trauma shapes people, and I wanted to create a space where identity is honored, healing is possible, and you don’t have to hide any part of yourself.

I’m a queer therapist based in Fresno, CA who specializes in trauma work, EMDR, and supporting queer and trans clients. My style is collaborative, grounded, and human. I don’t hide behind a blank wall. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.
