I am offering sessions in-person on Mondays/Tuesdays and on telehealth on Wednesdays/Thursdays.
My clients describe me as:
Relaxed and compassionate. I like to provide a space where you as the client are able to feel comfortable in opening up about the challenges you face.
Something to know about my approach is:
I encourage you to be the one to take ownership of the therapeutic process. I allow you to bring up the topics you want to discuss, and then I can help with exploration in identifying themes, connections, and other valuable tidbits of the process.
Together, we will:
Work through crippling anxiety, learn to process and deal with complex trauma, and begin to develop new skills to navigate any forms of depression. I enjoy also working with clients who are looking for LGBTQ+ affirming identify exploration work.
I specialize in working with people who:
Have difficulties dealing with depression, trauma, anxiety, self esteem/self image issues, and relationship difficulties. Much of my specialization and training resides in treating children and teens with mental health challenges.
I became a therapist because:
I love to see the change in people as they rediscover themselves and find their inner strength. I find joy knowing I get to support you through this.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It is a practice that focuses on providing affirming, open, supportive, and validating therapeutic support to people within the LGBTQ+ community.
More about me and my practice:
I recognize that it can be a daunting experience coming to a therapist, but I want to help make that as painless of an experience as possible. If any of this resonated with you, please feel free to reach out to me to schedule a consultation call.
