Nick Ulrich

As a person-centered therapist, I use compassion, empathy, and mindfulness to create comfort, rapport, and grounding in therapy. I believe clients already possess the strengths needed for growth, and I support them in identifying and building on those skills to navigate trauma, stress, and mental health challenges.

Together, we will create a safe and supportive environment where you can better understand your story, develop goals that align with your values, and build on your strengths to navigate life’s challenges. Through compassion, collaboration, and mindfulness, we will work toward meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change.
