Greta Meyerhof

My approach to therapy involves a cognitive-behavioral style helping clients identify patterns of thoughts, emotions and behaviors that may be factors to their challenges. I also assist clients with exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns may influence current relationships and emotions.

My focus on treatment is person-centered. I will work with you where your needs are, and I will guide you to reach your treatment goals. I have training in cognitive behavioral interventions, along with mindfulness-based practices and psychodynamic theory to further self insights and recognize maladaptive patterns of behavior.

I will meet you where you are and provide thoughtful guidance as we work collaboratively toward your treatment goals, drawing on my experience helping clients heal and grow into their authentic selves. My clients describe me as compassionate and supportive.
