My therapeutic approach encompasses Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family System Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Together, we will work towards your personal growth and well-being using these diverse therapeutic methods.

Together we will move forward. Everyone has a unique story, and though some start with harder challenges, what matters is choosing to build a brighter future. We each hold the power to change our path, break generational cycles, and heal from past and present traumas through intentional, proactive steps.

My clients describe me as compassionate, grounded, and empowering. As a therapist, I let you take the lead while I walk beside you, guiding you as you unlock and develop the tools needed to navigate this journey we call life. Together, we create a safe space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

I’m honored to support a diverse range of clients, including BIPOC individuals, children, teens, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, IPV, abuse, substance use, and life stress. I welcome individuals, couples, and families.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. Witnessing others find strength, clarity, and healing inspires me. I’m driven to create a safe space where individuals can grow, break cycles, and build the lives they deserve.

A little bit about me: I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University Dominguez Hills. Currently, I have recently graduated with my Masters in Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC) from National University. My job brings me fulfillment as I work with current and former Foster Youth.
