In our first session, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your strengths, and what you hope to change. There’s space for your culture, identity, and relationships—without assumptions. Couples can share both perspectives. You can ask questions and see whether my collaborative approach feels right for you.

I became a therapist because I have gone through my own share of adversities in my life and I was able to see an excellent therapist. This experience gave me a heart of compassion and the desire to help alleviate the suffering of other people

My practice offers BIPOC professionals and couples space to step beyond the roles and responsibilities they carry. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, honoring your identity, culture, and lived experience as we work toward meaningful change in your life and relationships.
